The Important Stuff/ Customer Care


  • Once you make an online payment, ensure if your account has been debited. If it gets debited after a payment failure, it normally gets rolled back in your bank account within 7 business days. Though the time taken can vary from bank to bank. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • The order gets delivered within 2-3 business days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad).
  • For the rest of the cities, we deliver within 4-5 working days. And, ground deliveries take longer than air-dispatched products. Ground-shipped deliveries take 5-7 business days post dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote areas such as North-east may take up to 7 working days or longer, depending upon the location’s geographical constraints.

  • We restrict access to personal information to SOS employees and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Refund & Return

  • We put you at ease while ordering at,as you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods only In case an item or part of it is found damaged/ defective as per the description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity.
  • Once you’ve made an online payment, we refund it and keep you notified about the same, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue to our customer care support at within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.
  • We arrange a reverse pickup and then generate either a full refund or a product replacement, as per your request.
  • Please Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. 

Terms for Return:

For issues like rashes, upset stomach, flavor issues, etc., products are not eligible for return. Do consult before buying the product.

For issues like unliking the flavour , or change of mind , products are not eligible for return.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Time for Maharashtra is 1 - 3 days and for Pan India is between 3-5 days. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
